Event Submission Form

The form below is for submitting events hosted by any NA Area, Sun City Subcommittee, or Sun City Homegroup. Unless relevant to the Sun Area, events hosted by those outside the Carolina Region will not be accepted. 

Form Instructions (please read)

  • We only accept event submissions from Trusted Servants.
  • Detailed information (e.g. driving directions, agendas, etc) may be provided in a flyer or included in the form.
  • Fields marked with * are required.
  • You may optionally attach a flyer file - We only accept MS Word files (.doc, .docx), Rich Text files (.rtf) and PDFs (.pdf). All other types of files will be rejected.
  • Maximum file size is 3 megabytes.
  • File names may be modified automatically for security purposes.
  • Files may be scanned for viruses as a security measure.
  • Note: Uploading files can take a considerable amount of time (often many minutes). The bigger the file, the longer it takes. Please be patient when submitting an event with an attached file.
  • PLEASE don't include your last name!!!!
